- continuously available
- compatible with your hardware, operating system, browser, files, sensors, or data formats
- complete, current, or accurate in its results
2. Informational Use Only
All outputs, calculations, visualizations, statistics, analyses, maps, comparisons, and derived values generated by the software are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
This includes, without limitation:
- GPS positions
- timestamps
- distance
- speed
- pace
- ascent / descent
- elevation
- gradients
- energy or calorie estimates
- route matching
- activity classification
- historical comparisons
- map overlays
- imported or converted track data
Such values may be incomplete, estimated, delayed, distorted, or incorrect.
3. Not for Safety-Critical or High-Risk Use
This software is not a certified navigation, rescue, dispatch, safety, or mission-critical system.
It must not be used as the sole basis for:
- navigation or route-finding in hazardous environments
- terrain, weather, avalanche, flood, traffic, or other environmental risk assessment
- emergency response or rescue operations
- safety-critical tracking of persons, vehicles, or assets

5. Data Import, Export, and Integrity
The software may import, parse, convert, transform, merge, export, or display data from files and services such as GPX, FIT, TCX, sensors, maps, APIs, and other third-party or user-provided sources.
The authors make no representation that:
- imported files will be interpreted correctly
- metadata will be preserved
- exports will be lossless
- timestamps or coordinates will remain correct
- calculations will match those of devices or third-party platforms
- conversions will preserve all fields or semantics
Data corruption, parser differences, coordinate drift, rounding differences, timezone issues, missing metadata, duplication, truncation, and other inconsistencies can occur.
You are solely responsible for verifying important results and keeping backups of your original data.
